Sales & Partnerships Manager

Full-time · Base salary + uncapped commission · Remote

What is Bubbl?

Bubbl has powered 5,000+ events across 22 countries for some of the best venues, festivals, and event brands in the world. We built the all-in-one platform that lets premium organizers and venues sell tickets, manage reservations, grow their community, and scale their brand from one place.

We are backed by NEO (San Francisco), Fusen Fund and top operators.

In the last months we've crossed $13M earned by event organizers on Bubbl. We're just getting started and the opportunity in this industry is massive.

We're expanding into key markets and hiring full-time operators to make Bubbl the default platform for event brands in their city.

Locations of interest: Canada, Mexico, USA, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Europe.

The role

The Sales & Partnerships Manager is the face of Bubbl in your market. You own a pipeline end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, close — and you own the partnerships that keep those organizers producing on the platform.

This is not an ambassador program. This is not a referral code you post on Instagram. This is a full-time seat on our commercial team, with a base salary, a number to hit, and real ownership of a market.

You will bring top event organizers and venues onto Bubbl. You will activate your network of promoters, venues, and brands. You will build the partnerships that make Bubbl the default platform in your city. You will carry the account from first message to first event and beyond.

The position

Sales & Partnerships Manager (Full-time · Base salary + commissions)

This is a full-time, dedicated position on the Bubbl team. You are joining us to open and own a market, not to work leads on the side.

You will be on the frontlines of our sales cycle from day one, and you will be measured. We are a fast growing company and we are looking for the best of the best. We want people who intend to become top performers and grow with us.

Base salary is competitive and determined during screening based on market and experience. Commission is paid on the revenue your accounts process, and it is uncapped.

What you'll own

  • Sourcing and qualifying high-quality organizers, venues and promoters in your market.
  • Building and running your own pipeline with full CRM discipline.
  • Running discovery calls and product demos.
  • Closing, onboarding, and activating new accounts through their first events.
  • Managing the ongoing partnership so your accounts grow instead of going quiet.
  • Reporting a weekly number you stand behind.

Where this role goes

We are hiring people who want to build a market and then build a team on top of it.

You are early — the person who proves they can open a city is the person who ends up leading the region.

We are looking for hungry, sales-driven people willing to dedicate the time and effort to grow with us.

Leadership path? Bonuses? Equity? Benefits? It's all on the table, and it's earned on output.

Qualifications

You're a strong fit if:

  1. 2+ years of full-time experience in sales, business development, partnerships or account management — carrying a quota or a revenue target you were measured against.
  2. A track record you can point to: deals you sourced, deals you closed, accounts you grew. We will ask for numbers.
  3. You own a pipeline end to end — prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, close, follow-through — without being managed through each step.
  4. Strong prospecting and lead generation. You can build a target list from nothing and work it: Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and cold calls. You're resourceful, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to strangers.
  5. Real pipeline management discipline in a CRM. Proficiency with Airtable, Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools and Google Workspace.
  6. Connections that matter. You know event organizers, venues, promoters or brands you could message today. You have credibility in your local scene, ideally from nightlife, hospitality or events.
  7. Comfortable with both remote and in-person meetings, venue visits, and occasional travel for client events. Willing to work some evenings or weekends as required.
  8. Ability to receive feedback and implement it. Open-minded and coachable.
  9. Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and time management.
  10. Knowledge of your local events market is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or Public Relations is preferred, but not required.
  11. Required English proficiency: B2+/C1. Spanish is a strong plus for our LATAM markets.
